• Community Mentoring Program where faculty meet with students informally over a meal, first generation & transfer students are linked with peer mentors, and discussions of topics peer mentors “wish they had known” sooner.
• Offering key courses both fall and spring to improve time to graduation for transfer students
• Exploring curriculum revisions to improve access and inclusion
• Panel participation at national meeting
